Powder Rewards Program

TLH Heliskiing employs 5 full time staff and at the height of the winter over 35 staff are working to make your stay as memorable as possible. Some of the highlights of this new program include our expanded skiing guarantee to reduce the risks of poor weather and even personal injury. Refundable deposits make it easier than ever to choose dates during your holiday. Group discounts and an attractive referral program reduce the cost. Added benefits like free massage therapy time and free helicopter transfers allow you to relax and enjoy.

We have the experience and knowledge to provide these benefits! Over 6,000 skiers have made the decision to join us over the past 15 years. Of those 6,000 guests, over 60% have chosen to return at least once and many continue to spend their annual Heliskiing holidays at one of our lodges. Now with three operations to choose from, and a variety of packages from two days to weekly private tours, we provide the most flexible and consistently outstanding Heliskiing in the world. Please read through the details of our new PowderRewards program – we know you’ll want to feel and see the TLH and Last Frontier difference again and again.

Your PowderRewards “Loyalty Class” has been determined by calculating the total number of ski days you have enjoyed with us in past seasons. Four classes have been established, allowing clients within each category to access unique benefits to enhance the value of your next Heliskiing vacation. Your personal profile and loyalty class will be updated each year at the completion of the Heliskiing season.

All CLASSIC clients receive these added benefits during their package:

• Refer a new skier and receive a discount of CAD $400 off your next package
• Gift shop voucher of CAD $100 that can be used in our gift shop (clothing, gloves, gifts, etc.)
• Inbound helicopter transfer from Vancouver to TLH on Fridays for all 7 day packages (no cash value)
• One hour of massage therapy while at our lodges (no cash value)
• Expanded Vertical Footage Guarantee:
  If you do not have the opportunity to ski at least 50% of the guaranteed vertical footage included in your package due to poor weather, mechanical breakdown or personal injury, the cost of your next Heliskiing package of the same length will be reduced by 50%. The refund for unused vertical footage must be left on account with us to be applied towards your next holiday
• Group Discounts:
  For every 9 seats reserved and paid on the same package, the 10th Heliskiing package is free at Last Frontier Heliskiing. At TLH, for every 10 seats reserved and paid on the same package, the 11th Heliskiing package is free. For every 7 seats reserved and paid on the same package, the 8th Heliskiing package is ½ price at TLH or Last Frontier Heliskiing. This group discount replaces any referral credits.
• Refundable Deposit at the Lodge:
  Guests who make a deposit for the following season while at the lodge will secure the current season price. These deposits are refundable for up to 21 days allowing you to confirm your schedule and holiday plans for the following season.

All DELUXE clients receive these added benefits during their package:

• All CLASSIC class benefits, plus:
• New Skier Referral credit increases to CAD $450 off your next package
• Upgrade to Harbourview room at Pan Pacific or Fairmont Waterfront Hotels while in Vancouver (subject to availability at the time of booking)
• Expanded Vertical Footage Guarantee:
   If you do not have the opportunity to ski at least 60% of the guaranteed vertical footage included in your package due to poor weather, mechanical breakdown or personal injury, the cost of your next Heliskiing package of the same length will be reduced by 50%. The refund for unused vertical footage must be left on account with us to be applied towards your next holiday.

All GOLD clients receive these added benefits during their package:

• All DELUXE class benefits, plus:
• New Skier Referral credit increases to CAD $500 off your next package
• Lakeview room at Tyax Lodge (subject to availability at the time of booking)
• Upper floor log chalet room at Bell 2 (subject to availability at the time of booking)
• Unlimited internet service at Tyax Lodge, Bell 2 Lodge or Ripley Creek Inn during your holiday
• Early booking privilege beginning on September 1st for the following winter season
• Expanded Vertical Footage Guarantee:
  If you do not have the opportunity to ski at least 70% of the guaranteed vertical footage included in your package due to poor weather, mechanical breakdown or personal injury, the cost of your next Heliskiing package of the same length will be reduced by 50%. The refund for unused vertical footage must be left on account with us to be applied towards your next holiday.

All PLATINUM clients receive these added benefits during their package:

• All GOLD class benefits, plus:
• New Skier Referral credit increases to CAD $550 off your next package
• Vancouver pre & post hotels (one night each, no cash value)
• Meet & Greet airport transfer to your Vancouver hotel and return (no cash value)
• Early booking privilege beginning on August 1st for the following winter season
• Expanded Vertical Footage Guarantee:
  If you do not have the opportunity to ski at least 80% of the guaranteed vertical footage included in your package due to poor weather, mechanical breakdown or personal injury, the cost of your next Heliskiing package of the same length will be reduced by 50%. The refund for unused vertical footage must be left on account with us to be applied towards your next holiday.
